Privacy Policy

Information we collect

• Account details: your email address, an encrypted password, and the gender you choose at signup so try-on models present correctly.
• Try-on inputs: the photo and size you provide when you use virtual try-on.
• Saved items: your wishlist, wishlist folders, wardrobe pieces and saved try-on looks.
• Basic technical data such as device type and error reports, used only to keep the app working.

Your photos and AI try-on

• Your photo is sent securely to our AI image service only to create the try-on you asked for.
• We never sell your photos, never show them publicly, and never use them to train public AI models.
• Unless you save a look, the generated image is not kept on our servers.

Private try-on gallery

• Saved looks are stored privately and are visible only to you when signed in.
• You can download or permanently delete any saved look at any time.
• Sharing is always your choice: we only share an image file you confirm, never a public gallery link.

Runway walk videos

• Runway walk clips are created only when you tap the button and are streamed straight to your device.
• We do not store these videos. You may download them yourself.

Live fitting rooms

• Fitting rooms are temporary and are not saved. A room ends when the host closes it or leaves.
• Your try-on is shown to friends only after you tap to share it. Votes and comments disappear with the room.
• Only share your room link with people you trust.

Voice Copilot and Mirror Mode

• Voice is optional and needs browser microphone permission. Copilot begins listening only after you activate it; wake-word listening must be explicitly enabled and keeps the microphone active while the page is visible.
• Danvero does not record or store your audio or voice transcripts, or send audio to its servers. Your browser’s speech recognition may process audio through its own provider, under that provider’s privacy terms; fully on-device recognition is not guaranteed.
• You can turn the microphone off or close Copilot at any time. It stops when the page is hidden, and you must tap to resume. Typing and touch controls remain available without microphone access.

Shopping links and retailers

• Buy Now takes you to retailers like Amazon and Flipkart. Their own privacy policies apply on their sites.
• Some links are affiliate links; we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
• We count link clicks only as totals to rank popular products. We never show anyone what you clicked.

How we protect your data

• Data is encrypted in transit, and access rules make sure each customer can reach only their own information.
• Administrator tools are restricted to the Danvero Studio team and checked on our servers.
• We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

Your choices and rights

• You can update your password, delete saved looks, and clear your wishlist or wardrobe at any time.
• Signed-in customers can open Account settings from Studio to download their account data, saved photos and this browser’s wishlist. Contact support for any additional personal information.
• Use the privacy request form below to prepare an access or permanent deletion request addressed to support@danverostudio.com. You must send the prepared email; the form does not send automatically or delete your account immediately.
• We verify account ownership before releasing data or permanently deleting your account and saved photos. Support will explain any legal retention requirements. Copies already downloaded or shared cannot be recalled.
• Theme preference is stored on your device only.

Children

• Danvero Studio is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes to this policy

• If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date below.
